Booking an Appointment.

To ensure your desired date and time we ask that you book your next appointment while at the spa.

Cancellation Policy.

As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours in advance of a change or cancellation. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, as well as no shows, will be charged 100% of the service price.

Spa Arrival.

We appreciate you arriving on time for your appointment. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled service.

Return Policy.

We will gladly exchange or replace your item. We will not accept open items. All items must be returned in original package.
